Frederick Hardison brings years of experience in residential lending and mortgage leadership to his role at Safire Home Lending. He began his career as a loan advisor, working directly with homebuyers to help them navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. After gaining experience in the industry, Frederick went on to found and lead his own mortgage company, guiding clients through one of the most challenging housing markets since the financial crisis of 2008.
After several years of building and operating his own firm, Frederick partnered with Safire Home Lending to better serve his clients through the company’s advanced technology, streamlined processes, and client-focused approach. As Director of Strategic Growth, he works closely with borrowers while also supporting the broader team and helping ensure the company delivers an exceptional experience to every client it serves.
Frederick’s philosophy on lending centers around one core belief: a home is more than just a place to live—it is one of the most powerful tools available for building long-term financial security. He believes that when structured properly, a mortgage can help families access appreciating assets sooner, build equity over time, and create opportunities for long-term wealth and stability.
Rather than simply helping clients secure a loan, Frederick focuses on helping them align their mortgage strategy with their broader financial goals. Many of the people he works with are interested in understanding how real estate can play a role in building wealth over time. From first-time homebuyers to those looking to expand into investment properties, he takes pride in helping clients take their first steps into real estate ownership and, when appropriate, guiding them toward building long-term portfolios that can support future generations.
At the heart of Frederick’s work is a commitment to helping families move closer to the life they want to build. For him, the mortgage process isn’t just about a transaction—it’s about creating opportunities, stability, and legacy.
Outside of work, Frederick’s life revolves around family. He is the father of one daughter and stepfather to another, and much of his perspective on homeownership and financial planning comes from the importance he places on building a strong foundation for family life. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and spending time with his kids—especially watching them discover new interests, learn new skills, and grow into the people they’re becoming.
